The  completely resurfaced facade features Alucobond panels and an EIFS finishing system, in a color palette that meets current MINI design standards.

Retail parts store from service bay.

Stained and scored concrete floor, display lighting, and furniture (to come) will dress up the interior of the retail parts store.

The interior of the service bay is substantially complete. Tile work on columns continues.

A former overhead door was infilled to create a new aluminum store front. The concrete floor was raised to accommodate a retail parts store and car display area.

The inner layer of EIFS is comprised of the Styrofoam insulation seen here. Relief grooves provide architectural detail.

Framing for EIFS Exterior. EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) is a multi-layered exterior wall system that is used on both commercial buildings and homes. It provides superior energy efficiency and offers much greater design flexibility than other cladding products.

Inside the service bay, the partition separating Phase I and Phase II has been removed from the center of the facility in preparation for clinker tile installation.

The slab of the second half of the service bay has been excavated, prepped, and poured.
