A former overhead door was infilled to create a new aluminum store front. The concrete floor was raised to accommodate a retail parts store and car display area.
The inner layer of EIFS is comprised of the Styrofoam insulation seen here. Relief grooves provide architectural detail.

Framing for EIFS Exterior. EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) is a multi-layered exterior wall system that is used on both commercial buildings and homes. It provides superior energy efficiency and offers much greater design flexibility than other cladding products.
Inside the service bay, the partition separating Phase I and Phase II has been removed from the center of the facility in preparation for clinker tile installation.
